We have coordinated with the Dutch tax authorities under what conditions cars on German license plates may be rented to Dutch nationals.

Insurance-wise, we unfortunately cannot offer a Private Lease Subscription on Dutch registration plates, but on German registration plates this is not a problem. We ask for an Employer’s Declaration for this as part of the verification process.
