You must have a driver’s license for at least one year and be a resident of the Netherlands.
There is a minimum age of 18. For some vehicles, the insurer requires a higher age.
Depending on the company details, a deposit may be required. We always communicate the amount in advance. If the vehicle is returned properly, the deposit will also be refunded.
Driving in Germany is cheaper. Drive is part of the German Starcar Europa Service Group.
We have coordinated with the Dutch tax authorities under what conditions cars on German license plates may be rented to Dutch nationals.
Insurance-wise, we unfortunately cannot offer a Private Lease Subscription on Dutch registration plates, but on German registration plates this is not a problem. We ask for an Employer’s Declaration for this as part of the verification process.
The notice period is 30 days. After the minimum term, you can continue driving under the same condition. You have a 30-day notice period from then on. Of course, the car can also be returned on the end date of the minimum agreed term.

It may happen that inspections need to be carried out during the lease period. In this case, we will inform you in a timely manner. The inspection is free of charge and you do not have to take care of it yourself. We will arrange for the inspection to be carried out at a local partner or at a partner workshop near you.
Yes, in case the damage is not recoverable from a counterparty there is an excess.
Yes, you may also use the car privately. This is subject to the additional taxable income rule.
Yes, this is possible. When you return the vehicle, your total mileage is checked. Specifically, this means that if you have not used up all of your mileage in the current month, they will be credited to you the following month.
